Naomi brings experience across hospital and private practice settings, including cardiorespiratory care, stroke and rehab, long-term elderly care, and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
She takes a hands-on, practical approach—combining manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to achieve lasting results. Naomi is passionate about identifying the root cause of pain and helping clients return to full health as quickly as possible.
Known for her warm, supportive manner and commitment to accurate assessment, Naomi ensures each client feels empowered throughout their rehab journey.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys gym workouts, group fitness, beach days, and hiking with her partner and friends.

Specializing in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Simoun has a particular interest in post-surgical knee rehabilitation. His hands-on approach combines evidence-based techniques with manual therapy to deliver personalized, results-driven care.

Physiotherapist for West Coast Rangers Women's Premier Team.
Leo is a dedicated physiotherapist originally from Hong Kong, who has called New Zealand home for the past nine years. He has experience across hospital, outpatient, and rehabilitation settings, and has developed a strong clinical interest in sports injuries and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
He works with individuals across all activity levels, from members of the community to recreational and competitive athletes.
Leo takes an evidence-based, approach to assessment and treatment, with a focus symptom relief along with identifying and addressing the underlying causes of injury.
His goal is to support long-term recovery and reduce the risk of recurrence. He delivers individualised rehabilitation programmes that combine hands-on therapy, progressive strengthening, and practical education, helping clients restore movement, rebuild confidence, and return safely to the activities that matter most to them.
Outside of work, Leo enjoys staying active with running, going to the gym and playing football.

Aimee Dobson

Aimee, a local West Harbour resident, graduated from AUT in 2008 and joined Massey Physiotherapy in 2023. She has a strong background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and is a certified McKenzie Therapist, also trained in clinical Pilates.
Her key interests include spinal health, posture, and post-natal rehabilitation. Aimee is passionate about empowering clients through education and exercise to support long-term independence and injury prevention.
With a personal background in competitive swimming, water polo, netball, kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, she brings first-hand insight into managing sports injuries. Outside of work, Aimee is studying Architectural Technology and enjoys family life with her husband and two young children.

Liz has been part of Massey Physiotherapy since 2016 and became a proud co-owner in 2018. With experience across New Zealand and Australia she brings a well-rounded, hands-on approach to helping people feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their bodies.
Pelvic healthLiz is credentialed in pelvic health physiotherapy and offers sensitive, thorough assessment and treatment for women at all stages of life. She understands that pelvic health issues can feel deeply personal, and creates a safe space where clients feel heard and empowered. Liz works with a wide range of conditions including bladder and bowel incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic and perineal pain, pregnancy-related discomfort, postnatal recovery, and post-surgical pelvic floor rehabilitation. She also sees clients with sensitive ACC claims, and approaches this work with the care and discretion it deserves. Liz is also credentialed in Pessary fitting.
Cancer rehabilitation - PINC & STEEL certifiedAs a PINC & STEEL certified cancer rehabilitation physiotherapist, Liz has a special interest in supporting people affected by breast and gynaecological cancers. She understands that a cancer diagnosis and the treatments that follow can have a profound impact on how your body feels and functions.
Each programme is individually tailored to where you are in your journey, with the goal of helping you reclaim strength, mobility, and confidence and shift focus from illness back to living well. Funding may be available through the PINC & STEEL Foundation.

Caleb joined the team at Massey Physiotherapy in 2023, bringing experience from both New Zealand and the UK across hospital, orthopaedic, and vocational rehab settings.
A former professional Olympic weightlifter and CrossFitter, Caleb has a strong understanding of sports-related injuries—particularly in the shoulders, knees, hips, and back. He has worked with high-level teams including the Scottish Senior Women’s Rugby team and the Scottish Institute of Sport.
His interests include musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehab, with a focus on pre/post-op care supplemented with a mix of manual therapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation. Caleb’s calm, knowledgeable approach helps clients feel confident, supported, and on track toward a pain-free recovery.
Cancer rehabilitation - PINC & STEEL credentialed
As a PINC & STEEL credentialed physiotherapist, Caleb is trained to support people affected by any type of cancer — whether they are currently in treatment or working through recovery. He understands that cancer and its treatments, including surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and hormone therapy, can significantly affect how the body feels and functions, and approaches this work with empathy and expertise.
Caleb creates individually tailored rehabilitation programmes designed to address fatigue, pain, muscle weakness, and restricted movement — helping clients rebuild strength, restore mobility, and regain confidence at a pace that works for them. Funding may be available through the PINC & STEEL Foundation, and no referral is required to get started.
