Our Henderson clinic, Waitakere Physiotherapy is conveniently located in the Whanau Centre, opposite WestCity Mall and down from Toyworld, at 3 Edsel Street Henderson.
About Waitakere Physiotherapy
Waitakere Physiotherapy opened its doors in Henderson in 2024, expanding the trusted care Massey Physiotherapy has offered since 1985. Our goal is simple: to provide quality physiotherapy services to the wider West Auckland community.
As an ACC-registered and HDANZ-accredited provider, we offer personalised, one-on-one treatment for a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, pelvic health, workplace injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
We are conveniently located accross the road from WestCity Mall, inside the Whānau Centre, which also houses a medical clinic and pharmacy among other healthcare services. Our Henderson clinic is also close to bus and train services, making it easy for you to access the care you need.

Liz joined Massey Physiotherapy in 2016 and became a proud co-owner in 2018. With experience across New Zealand and Australia in hospital, rehab, private practice, and sports settings, she brings a well-rounded approach to physiotherapy.
Her special interests include women's and pelvic health, cancer rehabilitation and pain management.
Liz combines hands-on therapy with goal-focused treatment plans, helping clients achieve long-term results. Her friendly, approachable nature and commitment to effective care ensure a positive experience every step of the way.

Caleb McCollum

Caleb joined the team at Massey Physiotherapy in 2023, bringing experience from both New Zealand and the UK across hospital, orthopaedic, and vocational rehab settings.
A former professional Olympic weightlifter and CrossFitter, Caleb has a strong understanding of sports-related injuries—particularly in the shoulders, knees, hips, and back. He has worked with high-level teams including the Scottish Senior Women’s Rugby team and the Scottish Institute of Sport.
His interests include musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehab, with a focus on pre/post-op care supplemented with a mix of manual therapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation. Caleb’s calm, knowledgeable approach helps clients feel confident, supported, and on track toward a pain-free recovery.

Simoun brings extensive experience and a genuine passion for helping people return to the activities they love most.
With a solid foundation in both private practice and hospital settings, he has guided patients through a wide range of rehabilitation journeys—from outpatient care and aged care recovery to managing complex sports injuries.
Specializing in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Simoun has a particular interest in post-surgical knee rehabilitation. His hands-on approach combines evidence-based techniques with manual therapy to deliver personalized, results-driven care.
Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, or aiming to get back on the field, Simoun is committed to helping you reach your goals.

Leo is a dedicated physiotherapist originally from Hong Kong who has called New Zealand home for the past nine years. He has experiences across hospital, outpatients, and rehabilitation settings. He has developed a strong clinical interest in sports injuries and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, working with individuals of all activity levels - from members of the community to recreational and competitive athletes.
Leo takes an evidence-based, structured approach to assessment and treatment, focusing not only on relieving symptoms but also on addressing the underlying cause of injury to support long-term recovery and reduce recurrence. He delivers tailored rehabilitation programmes that integrate hands-on therapy, progressive strengthening, and practical education, helping clients restore movement, rebuild confidence, and return safely to the activities that matter most to them.
Outside of work, Leo enjoys running, going to the gym, playing football, and spending time with his friends.
